If you believe you require a refund for any reason you will need to email us at [email protected] either from the email address you used when you registered your Land Hire account or, if you email from a different address, you will need to include your PayPal receipt. Refunds are granted at Land Hire discretion and may be applied for at any time. Refunds will be applied to the same card your payment was processed with within seven working days
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
